Reflective practice should be met continuously as circumstance, environments, and people can change. We need to practice seeing the big picture. Same goes for receiving feedback. So we can actually watch and learn and try to mimic what we see in others with our own bodies.
What needs more examples? What do you like? They bring the onus back on ourselves to do the work to gather feedback. This could lead to a warning or dismissal. Feedback is always good to consider what changes to procedures, policies, staffing and practice can be made.
And we just have to trust that our counterparts are doing their part in learning how to best deliver it. Look at the big picture. Try to just listen to what is being said. In fact, we really have no idea whether the feedback we are receiving is accurate or not. My skills were being judged relative to other players.
